Due to continued growth, Brooks Lodden, P.C., a West Moines CPA firm is looking to hire experienced tax and audit professionals. The firm has been in existence for over 60 years and is well known for its quality service and commitment to its staff.
In my opinion what makes the firm the best CPA firm in town to work for is:
- Minimal Travel– The staff in the firm average less than 3 weeks a year in overnight travel. This is considerably less than larger firms where staff can expect to travel 20% to 40% of the time.
- Opportunity for Advancement– There is tremendous opportunity to move up the ladder if you are the right individual. Three of the five shareholders of the firm are 57 or older.
